Multi-point Inspection

The first step in determining the need for a roof replacement is getting a multi-point inspection performed by one of our Roofing Advisors to see what the current condition of the roof is. They will assess the current state of the Roofing material, Ventilation, and the decking. This decking inspection is one of the more difficult aspects of getting a price estimate from most roofing companies as it is very hard to tell the state of the decking until the top layer has been removed to assess the surface of the decking. Typically, they will charge you per sheet of decking that needs to be replaced on top of the original estimate they gave you, and with the increased price of lumber this number can be in the thousands. Review of Findings

After inspection, your roofing advisor will go over their results and provide you with a recommendation based on the condition of your recurrent roofing system. You may get a clean bill of health, need some small repairs or be looking at a roof replacement. No matter which of these results occur, your Roofing Advisor will be able to guide you through the rest of the process. If a roof replacement is necessary, they will be able to show you samples of our different product lines and have you select the right roof for you! At this point you will be able to choose the materials, colors, and length of guarantee you want for your new roof. Installation

Once your scheduled installation date comes, your field manager will have already been in contact with you in the preceding days to go over material verification, delivery of any equipment drop off, and to introduce themselves. Because of this, we use a synthetic underlayment that has a one-way vapor barrier to keep the water from getting underneath while still allowing the decking to breathe. You will also have ice and water shield installed in all the high flow areas as well as along the perimeter and accessories of your roof for the added protection from any possible ice damming.

Your New Roof!

Finally, we get to put on your new roof! All the preparation has led to this.
